Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Laborist in Munster, IN for a full-time, permanent inpatient obstetric/gynecology role. The position features a salary range of $320,000 – $400,000 per year and relocation assistance.

The role emphasizes physician well-being and work-life balance within a premier, tech-forward hospital setting. The Laborist will handle obstetric and gynecologic care, including labor management and deliveries, with a highly predictable schedule and access to

Competenze

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools.
• Strong communication skills and EMR proficiency.
• Graduate of an accredited US medical school or international equivalent (MD or DO).

Mansioni

• Provide high-quality inpatient obstetric and gynecological care, including managing active labor, routine deliveries, and emergency operative procedures (C-sections).
• Work a highly predictable schedule: 144 hours of service per month (1,728 hours per year).
• Manage phone availability aligned with hospitalist shift rotations.
• Use EPIC EMR with AI functionality to streamline documentation and workflows.
• Serve as in-house clinical leader for obstetric emergencies and triage evaluations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary hospital team.
