Job summary

Temple Health is seeking a Relief Nursing Supervisor-Inpatient for the 4HR Night Shift to coordinate nursing services and bed management across the network. This role supports Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development and quality care, while overseeing clinical and administrative duties.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, 5+ years of acute care RN experience, and active PA RN licensure with ACLS and BLS credentials.

Qualifications

• RN with 5+ years in acute care required.
• ACLS and BLS required.
• PA RN license required; Multi-State Compact license required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Ensure adequate nursing staff through management of nursing staff resources.
• Facilitate and coordinate bed assignments within the hospital.
• Direct and collaborate with department managers to promote patient movement.
• Assist Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development and HR management.
