Job summary

Temple University Health System is seeking a Relief Nursing Supervisor-Inpatient for the evenings on a part-time basis. The role coordinates the delivery of nursing services, manages staffing resources, and facilitates bed assignments across the hospital.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and 5 years of RN experience in an acute care setting, with leadership experience preferred. Evening shifts include 3:00 PM–11:30 PM and every other Saturday.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 5 years RN experience in an Acute Care setting is required.
• General management or leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Ensure adequate nursing staff through resource management.
• Facilitate bed assignments and collaborate with department managers to expedite patient flow.
• Assist Directors and Nurse Managers in staff development, HR, and quality care initiatives.
• Perform clinical and/or non-clinical administrative duties as needed.
