Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System seeks an experienced Nursing Administration Leader to coordinate nursing services across the hospital and ensure adequate staffing.

You will collaborate with Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers to advance staff development, human resource management, and quality care while handling clinical and administrative duties in a complex hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Combination of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Manage nursing staff resources to ensure adequate staffing.
• Facilitate bed assignments and patient movement with department managers.
• Assist Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development and HR management.
• Promote quality care and oversee clinical and administrative duties.
