Job summary

Temple University Health System, Inc. in Philadelphia is seeking a Relief Nursing Supervisor-Inpatient for an 8-hour shift (7am-3:30pm) with every-other-Saturday coverage.

This role coordinates nursing services, manages staff assignments, and supports bed flow across the hospital. You will lead clinical and administrative duties, mentor staff, and partner with Nursing Directors and Department Managers to promote quality care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program is required or a combination of education and experience may be considered.
• ACLs/BLS certifications and PA RN license are required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of nursing services and ensure adequate staffing.
• Facilitate bed assignments and coordinate patient movement across the hospital.
• Support Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development and quality care.
• Perform clinical and administrative duties as assigned.
