Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• 5 years RN experience in an acute care setting required.
• ACLS and BLS required; PA RN license required or multi-state compact.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Manages nursing staff resources to ensure adequate staffing.
• Facilitates bed assignments and patient movement with department managers.
• Assists Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development and HR management.
• Promotes quality care and handles administrative duties.
