Job summary

The role supports Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development, HR management, and promoting quality care, with responsibility for clinical and non-clinical administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required or equivalent experience.
• Combination of education and experience may substitute for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Ensure adequate nursing staff through effective management of nursing resources.
• Facilitate bed assignments and patient movement with appropriate department managers.
