Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of RN experience in an acute care setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the delivery of nursing services across the organization.
• Manages nursing staff resources to ensure adequate staffing.
• Facilitates bed assignments and patient movement with department managers.
• Assists Directors of Nursing and Nurse Managers in staff development and HR activities.
• Promotes quality care and responsible for clinical and/or non-clinical administrative duties.
