Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline is required.
• CPR certification and clinical setting awareness are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide activity progression for inpatient population under RN/provider direction.
• Coordinate/ collaborate with rehabilitation services for timely mobility plans.
• Educate patients on mobility, body mechanics, and use of adaptive equipment.
• Update EMR and communicate care plans to the team.
• Assist in screening patients and recommending rehab consults (PT/OT/CPR).
