Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree and state licensure as a Physical Therapist or eligible.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Performs initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition and establishes goals and plan of care.
• Performs therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques appropriate for patient age and condition.
• Completes documentation to comply with department, hospital and regulatory standards.
• Participates in departmental initiatives for operational improvement, including committees and educational offerings.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.
