Job summary

All In Solutions in Kearny, NJ seeks a Licensed Therapist for our inpatient detox and short-term residential program. You will provide individualized and group therapy to adults navigating acute stabilization and early recovery from substance use and co-occurring disorders.

The role requires conducting assessments, managing caseloads, developing treatment plans, coordinating discharge planning, and collaborating with medical, psychiatric, and case management teams to support positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Active state licensure or certification (LPC/LSW/LCSW/etc.) is required.
• Minimum of two years of clinical therapy experience in addiction or behavioral health settings preferred.
• Experience with co-occurring disorders and group therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and substance use screenings upon admission.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide evidence-based individual counseling using CBT/DBT/MI and related modalities.
• Coordinate discharge planning and referrals to outpatient services and recovery resources.
