Job summary

All In Solutions in Kearny, NJ is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our detoxification and residential treatment team. You will conduct nursing assessments, monitor withdrawals, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to support recovery.

The ideal candidate holds an active NJ RN license, has experience in substance use treatment, and demonstrates trauma-informed, patient-centered care in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license required.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience in detox/behavioral health preferred.
• Strong understanding of addiction medicine and MAT.
• Experience conducting clinical assessments and stabilization.
• Proficiency in medication administration and emergency response.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments on admission and throughout treatment.
• Monitor withdrawal using CIWA and COWS protocols.
• Administer prescribed medications safely per physician orders.
• Maintain accurate medication records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers to develop treatment plans.
• Provide overdose prevention education and emergency interventions when needed.
• Document thoroughly in the electronic health record.
