All In Solutions in New Jersey is seeking a Licensed Therapist to join our inpatient detox and short-term residential program. You will deliver individualized and group-based therapy to adults navigating early recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

The role requires conducting assessments, managing a caseload, coordinating discharge plans, and collaborating with medical and behavioral health teams for positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field required.
• Active state licensure or certification required.
• Experience with substance use treatment and co-occurring disorders preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychosocial assessments, evaluations, and screenings upon admission.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide individual counseling using CBT/DBT/MI modalities.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups focused on early recovery.
• Coordinate discharge planning and referrals to outpatient programs.
• Document assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries; ensure HIPAA compliance.
