All In Solutions seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to provide daily structure, safety, and recovery support in our inpatient program at Kearny, NJ. This role requires firm boundary-setting paired with genuine empathy to help clients navigate early recovery.

You will conduct safety rounds, document client behavior in EHRs, assist with admissions/discharges, and respond to crises using approved therapeutic techniques. Shift options include three shifts and multiple schedules.

Qualifications

• Professional boundaries with clients while maintaining therapeutic rapport.
• Empathetic accountability to enforce rules with consistency.
• Encourage peer-support concepts and problem-solving.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality (HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2).

Responsabilités

• Safety and surveillance through regular facility walkthroughs and room checks.
• Clinical documentation of client behaviors in EHR with accuracy.
• Facilitate admissions, discharges and orientations for new residents.
• Crisis management with immediate de-escalation using approved techniques.
• Escort clients to off-site appointments and supervise toxicology screenings.
