Job summary

All In Solutions in Kearny, NJ, seeks an experienced Nursing Manager to lead nursing operations within our inpatient detoxification and short-term residential addiction treatment program. You will report to the DON and guide RN/LPN staff, ensure documentation and medication safety, and uphold regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has NJ RN licensure, ASN/BSN, and leadership experience in addiction treatment or inpatient healthcare, with strong teamwork and clinical judgment.

Qualifications

• RN license in New Jersey (unrestricted) is required.
• ASN is required; BSN preferred.
• Experience supervising nursing staff in detoxification or residential care.
• Experience with regulatory surveys/accreditation processes is preferred.
• Knowledge of ASAM Criteria and addiction treatment best practices is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Nursing in overseeing daily nursing operations for detoxification and residential treatment.
• Supervise, mentor, and support RN, LPN, and nursing support staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling, coverage, and workforce planning.
• Promote clinical excellence, accountability, teamwork, and patient-centered care.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Assist with onboarding, training, evaluations, and professional development.
• Participate in regulatory surveys, audits, and accreditation reviews.
