Qualifications

• Healthcare billing experience required.
• Associate’s Degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience processing electronic claims and appealing denials.
• Experience with EDI, Waystar, EPIC, Payer Portals, and Navinet preferred.
• 1-2 years of customer service experience in healthcare required.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility.
• Submit bills and claims to payers.
• Process Financial Assistance documents and batches.
• Handle Financial Assistance adjustments and correspondence; update accounts.
