Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Boca Raton inpatient care center. You will work 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.

and rotate weekends as part of the Care Center team, delivering direct and indirect care with RN/LPN guidance to patients and families. Ideal candidates hold a Florida CNA license, CPR/BLS, and have at least six months of hospital or healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Florida CNA license in good standing.
• Six months experience in hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in inpatient hospice settings under RN/LPN supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and comfort measures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for patients and families.
