Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care in Palm Beach County. This PRN with weekend availability role emphasizes dignity and Full Life Care for patients and families.

You’ll deliver ADL support, maintain safe home environments, and work under RN or LPN supervision, with bilingual English/Spanish candidates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Must be able to drive and have reliable car, valid auto insurance, and county coverage for travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in home and community settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive home environment for patients.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families, upholding dignity and compassion.
