Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, seeks a compassionate CNA to provide direct and indirect care in home and community settings in the Boca Raton area. Shift pattern includes Monday–Friday 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with two weekend shifts every six weeks, serving patients with dignity and comfort.

You will assist with ADLs, hygiene, mobility, and comfort, while maintaining a safe, supportive environment for patients and families.

Qualifications

• Must hold Florida CNA license.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Six months’ experience in hospital or healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction.
