Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate CNA for patient care in the Boca area. You will support patients in home and community settings under RN/LPN supervision, helping with ADLs and comfort measures while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

The role requires a Florida CNA license, BLS certification, and at least six months of healthcare experience, with driving required for county outreach.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months' experience working in hospital or healthcare environment.
• Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
• Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient.

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is looking for a compassionate & dependable CNA to bring comfort, dignity, & care to our patients in the Boca area. In this role, you'll be a steady presence for patients & families during some of life's most important moments. Schedule: Monday through Friday; 7am - 3:30pm and 1 weekend every 6 weeks

What You'll Do

As a CNA on our hospice team, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction
