Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and dependable CNA to bring comfort, dignity, and care to patients in the Broward County area. You will be a steady presence for patients and families during important moments in home and community settings.

You will perform ADLs, assist with mobility, maintain a clean, safe environment, and provide emotional support under RN or LPN supervision.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction.
