Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Care Center team in Boca Raton. Shift is 7am - 7:30pm with every other weekend.

As a CNA on our hospice team, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN); assist patients with ADLs; maintain a clean, safe environment; and provide emotional support to patients and families during life’s

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a CNA in Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months of experience in hospital or healthcare environment.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in inpatient care centers.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient.
• Offer emotional support to patients and their families, fostering dignity and compassion at every interaction.

What you'll Do

What You'll Need

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment
• Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
• Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
