Job summary

Trustbridge Hospice, a member of Empath Health, seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care to patients across Palm Beach County. You’ll support patients and families with compassionate, high-quality care in the home setting.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA license is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Six months’ experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing home environment for each patient.
• Offer emotional support to patients and families with dignity and compassion.

What You'll Need

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment
• Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
• Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.
