Job summary

Empath Trustbridge Hospice in Palm Beach County seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide in-home care per diem, with weekend availability. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

You will perform ADLs, assist with mobility, and support patients under RN/LPN supervision, delivering dignified, Full Life Care in the home setting within Palm Beach County.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant in the State of Florida.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification.
• Six months’ experience working in hospital or healthcare environment.
• Requires ability to drive, a reliable car, a good driving record, automobile insurance and basic knowledge of the county territory.
• Must be able to fulfill assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Must practice good personal hygiene and be neat and clean in appearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect care to patients in home and community-based settings.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, and comfort measures.
• Support a clean, safe, and nurturing environment for each patient.

What You'll Do

• As a CNA on our hospice team, you will deliver high-quality, compassionate care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
