Job summary

Premier Health seeks an Associate Nurse Manager for the Inpatient Unit in the General Surgery setting. You will supervise the care team, support the Nurse Manager, and ensure high-quality patient care while promoting a diverse, inclusive environment.

BSN is required with Ohio RN licensure. At least 2 years of hospital RN experience and informal leadership are preferred to drive staffing, coaching, and daily nurse leader rounding.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Ohio RN license valid.
• Experience: hospital RN with informal leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a care team and coordinate nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily nursing activities on the inpatient unit.
• Coach and mentor nursing staff; support nurse manager in leadership presence.
• Ensure staffing adequacy and productivity within approved standards.
• Lead quality improvement efforts and daily rounds to improve patient experience.
