Fresenius Medical Care in Florida is seeking a Registered Nurse at the CAP 2 level to provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of dialysis patients.

You will document patient data, adjust treatment plans under supervision, participate in education and quality improvement, and collaborate with RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians, as well as dialysis providers.

Formación

• RN with 2+ years of nephrology nursing experience in the last 2 years.
• Acute dialysis experience preferred.
• Must meet licensure requirements for all states employed.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for assigned patients.
• Delegate tasks to RNs, LVN/LPNs and Patient Care Technicians as appropriate.
• Document patient data and adjust treatment plans as indicated.
• Educate patients and families and participate in quality improvement.
• Coordinate communication with dialysis providers and facility staff.
