Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for an assigned group of patients.
• Document patient data in medical records; adjust treatment plan as indicated.
• Supervise and collaborate with PCTs/LPNs/RNs; may serve as Nurse in Charge.
• Assist in education and training for staff and patients/families.
