Job summary

Qualifications

• Attend two weeks of training if minimal experience.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide, obtain or perform and document direct patient care and activities (ADLs, vital signs, ambulation, meals, I&O).
• Participate in safety and cleanliness initiatives and bed-side rounding.
• Document vital signs, weights, I&O, and reports changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers; support unit activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
