Job summary

Allegheny Health Network seeks a patient care teammate to provide direct patient care and assist with nursing procedures for stable patients. You will support RN in care of acutely ill patients, practice medical asepsis, document in the EMR, and help coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers on the inpatient unit.

Responsibilities include vital signs, daily living activities, safety protocols, and maintaining a clean, patient-centered environment under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics.
• Basic computer skills for documentation.
