Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Enrollment in ASN or BSN program preferred.
• Basic computer skills and ability to read/write instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document direct patient care (ADLs, vital signs, mobility, nutrition) and assist with patient comfort.
• Support RN in care of acutely ill patients and in unit coordination.
• Document care accurately in electronic medical record and report changes to nursing staff.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers and participate in unit activities.
