Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.

• CPR – American Heart Association certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document direct patient care and activities such as ADLs, vital signs, and measurements.
• Participate in quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.
• Accurately document vital signs, weights, I&O, restraints, specimens, and treatments.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers as assigned.
