LifeStream Behavioral Center, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Tech III to provide advanced support and care within a multidisciplinary team, implementing treatment plans and monitoring client progress.

The role emphasizes crisis de-escalation, accurate documentation, and collaboration with clinicians to ensure a safe, therapeutic environment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least two years’ experience in substance abuse and mental health settings; CNA preferred.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two years’ experience in substance abuse and mental health setting is required.
• CNA certification preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document client behavior and progress for clinical review.
• Facilitate group and individual therapeutic activities to support recovery.
• Maintain safety and order, following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Respond to crisis situations using de-escalation techniques in collaboration with staff.
• Mentor and train junior staff to enhance performance.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with regulations in documentation.
