All In Solutions seeks a Behavioral Health Technician to provide daily structure, safety, and recovery support in our inpatient program at Kearny, NJ. This role requires firm boundary-setting paired with genuine empathy to help clients navigate early recovery.

You will conduct safety rounds, document client behavior in EHRs, assist with admissions/discharges, and respond to crises using approved therapeutic techniques. Shift options include three shifts and multiple schedules.

Qualifications

As a Behavioral Health Technician, you are the heartbeat of our inpatient program. You provide the daily structure, safety, and support necessary for our clients to navigate the early stages of recovery. This role requires a unique balance of firm boundary-setting and genuine empathy.

Shift Availability

We are looking for reliable team members to fill multiple shifts.

• First Shift: 7am-3:30pm
• Second Shift: 2:45pm-11:15pm
• Third Shift: 10:45pm-7:15am

Key Responsibilities
