Team Recovery LLC is seeking an Inpatient Behavioral Health Technician to work closely with clients seeking treatment for substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The role focuses on direct care, safety, and guiding clients through their recovery journey.

The position involves supporting group and individual therapy, coordinating care with healthcare professionals, and assisting with daily operations and safety protocols.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
• CDCA license in Ohio required.
• CPR certification required; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record; must be 21+.
• 2+ years experience in Behavioral Health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with EMR preferred.
• Ability to read/write clearly and work well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct care to clients as they navigate treatment activities and group/individual sessions.
• Monitor and support clients during daily activities.
• Provide verbal de-escalation and connect clients to crisis intervention when needed for safety.
• Co-facilitate psychoeducational topics on mental health and recovery skills.
• Collaborate with clinical and medical staff to coordinate care.
• Assist in maintaining building cleanliness, inventory, and safety.
• Adapt to schedule changes and other duties as part of the treatment team.
