Quadrant Health Group’s Wellness Recovery Center NJ in West Windsor, NJ is seeking passionate Behavioral Health Technicians to support our clinical team in PHP and IOP settings. This full-time role offers shifts across 1st, 2nd, and Overnight with weekend availability and compensation of $18-$21/hour based on experience.

You’ll provide client supervision, assist with group sessions, assist with intake, document observations in EMR, and collaborate with staff to ensure a positive client

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid Certification.
• Successful completion of Pre-Employment Requirements including, a criminal background clearance, drug testing, and health screening, is mandatory prior to employment.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain client wellbeing and program integrity as part of the treatment team.
• Provide client supervision and support to clinical staff.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and staff.
• Monitor client safety and comfort in residential settings.
• Document observations and maintain client confidentiality.
• Assist with intake assessments and essential clinical tasks.
• Facilitate groups and transport clients to appointments.
• Collaborate with team and adhere to regulations and ethical standards.
