Infinite Recovery LLC is seeking a Behavioral Health Technician to provide direct support and supervision to clients in a structured treatment environment, reinforcing program expectations, monitoring client behavior, and assisting with daily operations to maintain safety, stability, and continuity of care for individuals in recovery.

You will collaborate closely with the Operations and Clinical Teams, maintain timely shift notes and incident logs, ensure confidentiality under HIPAA and 42 CFR

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Ability to respond to inquiries or complaints from customers.
• Ability to communicate effectively through email.
• Ability to present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Responsabilités

• Provide continuous supervision of clients to ensure safety and adherence to program expectations.
• Maintain awareness of client location, behavior, and overall environment at all times.
• Support a structured daily schedule and assist clients in following programming and routines.
• Monitor changes in client behavior, mood, or condition and report concerns promptly.
• Complete accurate, timely documentation, including shift notes, incident reports, and logs.
• Follow facility procedures, safety protocols, and emergency response guidelines.
