Job summary

The role provides clinical and operational leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, staff development, and strategic program growth across the organization in coordination with hospital leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or LCSW license required.
• Active RN or LCSW license in Texas.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for behavioral health programs, ensuring patient safety and evidence-based practices.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate behavioral health services, programs, and treatment models.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting regulations (CMS, Joint Commission, state licensing).
• Collaborate with medical, nursing, and ancillary leadership to integrate behavioral health services across care settings.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient outcomes, safety, and patient experience.
