Horizon Health Corporation, a subsidiary of Universal Health Services, seeks a Nurse Manager for Behavioral Health at Fort Duncan Hospital in Eagle Pass, TX. This inpatient unit oversees 18 beds and leads nursing care delivery with clinical leadership support.

Requirements include a state RN license, strong leadership, and 5–8 years in behavioral health nursing. Bilingual in Spanish is required; a Bachelor's in nursing is mandatory and a Master's is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and enforce clinical staffing plan to ensure sufficient nursing personnel.
• Provide leadership and direction in accordance with hospital guidelines and nursing philosophy.
• Support professional growth and development through training plans and continuing education.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular evaluations.
• Collaborate with physicians and other health professionals; ensure accurate discharge planning and timely documentation.
• Audit performance and documentation for accuracy; ensure quality of care and regulatory compliance.
• Perform RN duties as needed and mentor new staff.
