The role involves providing strategic, clinical, and operational leadership to ensure high-quality behavioral health care. Responsibilities include program development and integration within multidisciplinary care models.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 to 8+ years of related work experience.
• American Heart Association issued BLS and ACLS required.
• CPR Certification is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality improvement initiatives focused on patient outcomes.
