Job summary

Burnsville-Eagan-Savage District 191 is seeking a Long Term Substitute Occupational Therapist to join our special education service team. The role supports the development and implementation of the service delivery model under the guidance of the IIS Team and BEA contract terms.

The ideal candidate will hold Minnesota special education OT licenses and be highly qualified or able to meet highly qualified status.

Qualifications

• Minnesota special education Occupational Therapist license(s).
• Highly qualified in a core academic area or can be certified highly qualified.

Responsibilities

• The licensed OT works with the IIS Team to support the development and implementation of the special education service delivery model.
• Actively encourage and embrace each member of the school community.
• Create a sense of support that fosters individual growth and pursuit of learning.
• Continually work to understand biases and how they impact the learning environment.
• Prepare students to meet next challenges through fostering confidence and rigorous academics.
