Centennial School District ISD12 is currently seeking a Long-Term Substitute Occupational Therapist for Golden Lake Elementary/Middle School. The position runs from September 18, 2026 through January 4, 2027 at a 1.0 FTE assignment, with duties focused on supporting student learning and development.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Speech and Language Pathologist with the State of Minnesota.
• Must be able to demonstrate the highest commitment to student achievement and effective development.
• Must have the willingness to adapt to becoming part of a total school effort in educating our students.
• Must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with other staff members, students and parents in providing and promoting positive relationships.
• Must be of the highest integrity with a strong commitment to modeling excellence in all aspects of the teacher/student/parent relationships.
