- Highly qualified in a core academic area(s) or can be certified highly qualified.

- Work with the district IST to support development and implementation of special education service delivery.
- Disseminate information on evidence-based instructional practices to special education staff and provide targeted professional development.
- Encourage and support each member of the school community.
- Foster a culture of trust and a supportive learning environment.
- Help students meet future challenges through rigorous academics and exploration.
- Promote student agency and personalized learning opportunities.
