Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in product development or related fields.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Consumer-focused mindset with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support onsite in Needham, MA with development of profitable programs.
- Define, develop, and iterate product specifications based on consumer needs.
- Identify product opportunities and improve categories with data and insights.
- Lead competitive analyses to benchmark against the competition.
- Be the voice for legacy product lines and incorporate feedback into next gen.
- Partner with Testing and Quality to define testing procedures.
- Serve as the product expert for cross-functional teams.
