Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the Shark business on-site in Needham, MA with the development of programs from brainstorm to mass production.
• Define, develop, and iterate product specifications based on consumer needs and market opportunities.
• Take ownership of category sales performance and identify opportunities to fill gaps.
• Lead competitive analyses to benchmark against the competition.
• Be the voice of legacy product lines and share insights for next-generation features.
• Partner with Quality teams to define testing procedures.
• Act as the product expert for cross-functional questions.
