Physicians Eyecare Group is seeking a Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our eyecare center in Farmington, NM. You will deliver comprehensive eye care and integrative services, co-manage pre/post-operative care, and work within a multidisciplinary team to support patient eye health and general well-being.

The ideal candidate holds an NP license in NM, DEA registration, and 2+ years in clinical NP work, preferably in ophthalmology or integrative medicine.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license issued by NM Board of Nursing.
• Current DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one in NM.
• MSN or DNP from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years NP clinical experience; ophthalmology or integrative care preferred.
• Strong proficiency with EHR/EMR and clinical documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills.

Mansioni

• Perform comprehensive eye exams including acuity testing and anterior/posterior segment evaluations.
• Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions; co-manage cataract surgery and LASIK care.
• Order diagnostic imaging and ocular testing (OCT, visual fields, fundus photography).
• Refer patients to ophthalmologists when scope exceeds NP practice.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR system.
