Job summary

You will facilitate design-thinking workshops, assess emerging technologies like AI and Insurtech, and translate insights into action. A bachelor's degree and 4–8 years' experience are preferred; hybrid/remote work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience on business/IT projects using structured methods (Agile preferred).
• Property & Casualty insurance experience is a plus but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand the big picture and connect complex ideas.
• Demonstrated creativity and innovation in problem solving.
• Strong collaboration and influencing abilities.
• Able to build relationships across teams and functions.
• Proven ability to learn quickly in unfamiliar subjects.
• Strong work ethic and ownership mindset.
• Comfortable with technology and startup-like environments.
• Proficiency with MS 365 apps and Power BI; knowledge of market research methods is a plus.
