The Hanover Insurance Group in Worcester, MA seeks an Innovation Research Assistant to join the HTG Business Innovation team on a hybrid or remote basis. This full-time, exempt role serves as the enterprise hub for emerging technology trends, competitive intelligence, and vendor evaluation.

You will deliver actionable insights to inform strategic decision-making, partner with business and technology leaders, and coordinate BrokerTech Ventures intake while promoting knowledge sharing across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with Business or IT focus preferred
• 1-3 years experience
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication capabilities required, including presenting findings clearly to stakeholders
• Ability to understand the big picture

Responsibilities

• Market, competitive & technology intelligence: research trends and synthesize insights
• Vendor evaluation & innovation intake: due diligence, comparative analysis, and recommendations
• Enterprise insight sharing & coordination: consolidate insights across business lines and facilitate knowledge sharing
• Executive reporting & communication: prepare executive briefs and translate intelligence into clear narratives
