Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, or related field.
• 10+ years of technical experience, clinical strategy, consulting, or innovation with a focus on digital and/or population health products.
• 2–3 years of leadership/project management experience.
• 3+ years of health care experience focused on Medicare populations.
• Experience with healthcare data and analytics, contemporary technologies, managed care administrative functions and care delivery models.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships including executive and management of audiences, and external vendors.
• Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, with experience identifying trends and actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Oversee development of the clinical and population health sub-portfolio of solutions.
• Collaborate across strategy, design, engineering, clinical, and operations with internal stakeholders.
• Lead and develop junior team members as a direct manager and cross-functional leader.
• Translate ideation and discovery work into actionable strategic direction and project plans.
• Define KPIs and data plans to ensure solutions meet customer needs and scale.
• Develop and deliver Go to Market plans integrating national and market leadership.
• Advise on product management processes and tools and demonstrate best practices.
