Job summary

Proskauer Rose LLP in New York seeks an Innovation & Transformation Manager to lead innovation, transformation, legal technology enablement, and continuous improvement across the firm. You will drive pilots, adoption, and measurable efficiency gains, partnering with lawyers and cross-functional teams at the leadership level.

You will own pilots end-to-end, develop adoption assets, and shape governance for AI-enabled products, ensuring sustained value and alignment with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience with legal technology in a law firm or legal technology vendor preferred.
• Proven project management experience with structured methodologies.
• Experience in post-implementation support, adoption, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own the support and sustainment of in-life products and ensure adoption and integration into firm operations.
• Own assigned pilots end-to-end, including delivery, measurement, and scale.
• Drive firmwide adoption of legal technology with templates, training materials, and enablement programs.
• Drive user adoption and engagement with feedback, usage tracking, and enablement strategies.
• Contribute to responsible use of AI in legal practice, governance, and adoption of AI-enabled products.
• Triage and troubleshoot user issues and manage resolution workflows.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess ROI and KPI alignment.
• Execute change readiness and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and report progress to leadership.
• Collaborate with Practice Management, Knowledge Management, BD/Marketing, Procurement, Security, and IT.
