Job summary

Proskauer Rose LLP in New York is seeking an Innovation & Transformation Lawyer to lead the firm’s practice-facing change initiatives for Private Investment Funds. You will shape roadmaps, govern how lawyers adopt new tools, and partner with practice leaders to deliver end-to-end change across matters and regions.

You will drive AI adoption, oversee pilots and rollouts, and ensure security and governance while collaborating with teams across Knowledge Management, BD, IT, and Procurement.

Qualifications

• JD and a minimum of 2 years practicing in a global law firm.
• Good standing admission to a state bar required.
• Experience in legal innovation, legal operations or process improvement.
• Experience leading adoption and change management for technology-enabled transformation.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder influence with strong project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption, change management, and sustained value of transformation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain an innovation and transformation roadmap aligned to practice needs.
• Lead pilots/rollouts, manage adoption, and measure outcomes against goals.
• Support client engagement on innovation topics and contribute to responses to requests.
• Collaborate with Practice Management, Knowledge Management, BD/Marketing, IT, and Security.
